Learn more about us at [please apply online] Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To: * Develop and maintain a personal book of business focused on commercial maintenance, service, and replacement. * Generate new leads through direct marketing and community outreach. * Build and nurture long-term client relationships to achieve sales targets. * Collaborate with customer service to initiate outbound calls and set appointments. * Prepare and manage weekly sales forecasts and reports. * Track daily activities, sales closure rates, and open quotes. * Develop customer profiles and train internal teams on client-specific needs. * Support warranty services and resolve customer service issues promptly. * Maintain a professional image aligned with company branding standards. * Uphold company core values and deliver superior customer satisfaction. Qualifications: * Open to candidates with less experience who demonstrate strong work ethic and willingness to learn. * Prior sales, HVAC, or mechanical contractor experience preferred but not required. * Excellent relationship-building and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized records. * Comfortable using laptops, CRM systems, and related software. * Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including climbing ladders and accessing rooftops. * Commitment to professionalism in personal appearance and vehicle upkeep.
