What You'll Do As an Outside Sales Representative - Fire Sprinkler Systems you'll be the face of FSS to new and existing commercial customers, selling industry-leading Fire Sprinkler solutions. Your focus: drive revenue by creating strong client relationships and delivering custom safety solutions. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and engage new commercial clients through cold calls, networking, referrals, our existing customer base and industry events. * Build a strong sales pipeline and manage the full sales cycle -- from lead generation to close. * Maintain and grow existing client relationships with ongoing communication and outstanding customer service. * Understand and clearly communicate our product/service offerings -- quote recurring services and projects with confidence. * Deliver polished, in-person proposals and follow up with clients through every stage of the process. * Collaborate closely with operations to ensure smooth project handoff and customer satisfaction. * Keep the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system updated daily with calls, activities, opportunities, and outcomes. * Participate in weekly sales training and mentorship sessions. What We're Looking For We're looking for results-oriented professionals with a hunter mentality and a heart for service. You bring the attitude -- we'll provide the tools.
