What You'll Be Doing: * Delivering warm, welcoming customer service and personalized recommendations * Becoming a product expert (yes, we'll teach you!) * Helping guests find their perfect Loveless souvenir or gift * Handling purchases and returns accurately * Preparing drinks like teas, lattes, and coffees with care * Keeping the shop clean, organized, and beautifully merchandised * Supporting your teammates and jumping in where needed What We 're Looking For: Weekend availability is required A friendly attitude and strong people skills Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced setting Willingness to learn and grow Basic math and cash-handling skills High school diploma or GED required for full-time roles Current TABC Certification (or willing to get it within 60 days of hire) You'll shine in this role if you're friendly, reliable, and love being part of a team that works hard and has fun doing it! Schedule & Environment: We offer both full-time and part-time shifts, typically 8 hours with a paid 30-minute break. We're open daily from 8:00am - 9:00pm, so flexibility is a plus!
