Sales Concierge Landmark Event Co., a Seattle-based event and catering company, is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Sales Concierge to join our team in Seattle, WA . This is a 40+ hourly position. As the Sales Concierge, you will be the initial point of contact for new customers over the phone, email, and text. You will have the opportunity to answer calls, book tours, qualify leads, and provide valuable support to our sales managers. General tasks include, but are not limited to the following: * Serve as the initial face of Landmark Event Co. by providing exceptional customer service to new customers via phone, email, and text. * Answer all incoming calls to the main Landmark Event Co. line and appropriately route calls from non-leads. * Schedule and book tours with venues for potential customers, ensuring timely and accurate coordination. * Qualify leads by gathering necessary information and assessing their suitability for Landmark Event Co.'s services. * Assign leads and contacts to appropriate sales managers for further follow-up and nurturing. * Provide support and assistance to sales managers, collaborating closely to meet customers' needs and drive sales. * Occasionally assist with supporting tours, such a accompanying customers on site visits and providing information about available services. * Assist with office management tasks. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the designated systems. * Collaborate with the team to continuously improve sales processes and contribute to the overall success of the sales department. Qualifications: * Friendly and warm demeanor with exceptional customer service skills. * Proven success and experience in phone sales, demonstrating strong persuasive abilities and effective communication. * Dependable, highly organized, and able to multitask effectively in a remote work environment. * Familiarity with HubSpot or other customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus. * Familiarity with the catering and event industry is a plus, allowing for better understanding and effective communication with potential customers. * Must be available to work weekends. Compensation: Sales Concierge will receive a rate of $26 - $29 per hour, depending on experience.
