Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Broker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the restaurant and real estate markets, with the ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients. This role involves managing both restaurant sale transactions AND property transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations. The Restaurant Broker will also be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity. Responsibilities * Negotiate restaurant sale transactions between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable outcomes. * Manage all aspects of real estate transactions, including listings, marketing strategies, and client communications. * Provide expert advice on market conditions, pricing strategies, and property management best practices. * Maintain organized records of transactions and client interactions to facilitate smooth operations. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Offer exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships with clients and enhance the company's reputation. * Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and new regulations affecting real estate. Requirements * Proven experience as a Broker or in a similar role within the business brokerage OR real estate industry. * Restaurant experience, either as an owner, manager, food distribution representative, etc. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful transactions. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Bilingual candidates are preferred to better serve diverse clientele. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders. * A valid Tennessee real estate license is required for this position.
