This is a full-time career opportunity to join an amazing team! Assist individuals with identifying the best health insurance product to meet their individual needs. You will provide a consultative sales experience, create solutions, ensure a smooth sales process while achieving sales and marketing goals.

Requirements

Have an active resident health insurance license in your state of residence. Successfully complete assigned product training and certification with multiple insurance carriers. Present and explain recommended product solutions, including benefits, features, company services, present alternatives as appropriate. Generate customer sales via referrals, community events and lead resources. Identify and cross-sell prospects on various product offerings. Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through a knowledgeable, positive, professional interaction. Help customer select appropriate health solutions by identifying and overcoming buying obstacles. Drive growth by exceeding sales goals and objectives. Self-directed and goal oriented with a focus on achieving sales success. Strive to resolve customer issues on first contact. Follows compliant sales scripts, and compliance procedures. Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Medicare Industry Experience. Weekly day range: Monday to Friday Work setting: Remote/Field Experience: Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred) Medicare: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Life and Health Insurance License (Preferred) Work Location: Remote Job Type: Contract Pay: $25,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
