As we continue to grow, we're looking for an energetic, self-driven Sales Representative to help us reach new customers, grow our brand, and dominate our market. Position Overview This is a 100% commission-based position with realistic annual earnings of $90,000-$150,000+. The role is perfect for someone confident in their ability to sell, close deals, and manage relationships. You'll be handling in-person estimates, following up on leads, and also representing the company at trade shows, home expos, and other community events to generate new business and build brand awareness. --- What you 'll be doing - Generate and manage sales leads from various sources (inbound, referrals, cold outreach, events) - Conduct in-home and on-site estimates for residential and commercial painting projects - Create and present professional, detailed proposals to potential clients - Close deals and coordinate project handoff with our operations team - Attend trade shows, home improvement expos, networking events, and other marketing events to generate leads and promote the company - Follow up on leads, manage customer relationships, and maintain an organized pipeline - Track and report on sales performance using a CRM system What you bring - Proven experience in outside sales (painting, home improvement, remodeling or similar field preferred) - Outgoing, engaging, and confident in person and at events - Highly self-motivated with a hunter's mentality - Excellent communication and people skills - Ability to work independently and manage your own time - Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license - Familiarity with estimating software or willingness to learn - Comfortable working trade show booths and interacting with the public --- What we offer - Uncapped commissions -- top reps earn $90K-$150K+ per year - Flexible, self-managed schedule - Paid training and access to warm leads - Full support from our production and estimating teams - Marketing materials, branded gear, and trade show/event access provided - Fun, fast-growing team with real opportunities for advancement - A role where your hustle = your paycheck Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule Shift: * Day shift * Evening shift * Morning shift Ability to Commute: * Seattle, WA 98103 (Required) Work Location: In person
