Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance and resolving inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience, all in person. THIS IS NOT A CALL CENTER! Responsibilities * Conduct meet ups with customers for service follow-ups and feedback * Handle customer inquiries in-person * Perform data entry to update customer records accurately * Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate services or products * Provide exceptional client services by addressing concerns promptly and professionally * Utilize professional etiquette skills to communicate effectively with customers * Assist with sales inquiries and promote products or services when applicable Experience * Proven experience in customer service or related field * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Familiarity with office software applications for data entry and documentation * Ability to analyze information and problem-solve efficiently * Prior experience in outbound calling is advantageous If you feel you'd be a great fit please apply asap!
