This is going to be an in-store kiosk environment working with AT&T. Responsibilities * Collaborate with team members to strategize on effective sales approaches and improve customer outreach. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Utilize software tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records of communications. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions. * Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of technology sales and market trends. * Assist in developing marketing strategies that align with company goals.
