We're seeking experienced sales professionals who thrive in a performancedriven environment. This role begins with a 90 day commissiononly trial, after which high performers will receive a base pay of $750/week, upfront commissions on all new accounts, residual commissions on active accounts, and a $2,000 cash bonus. - Position: Sales Professional
- Trial Period: 90 days, fully commissionbased with no base pay

Compensation
Structure
- During 90 Day Trial:
- Upfront commission of 75% on firstmonth fees for packages at $450, $650, $950, and $1,150/month
- After Successful Trial:
- Base Pay: $750/week
- Upfront Commission: 50% on new sales
- Residual Commission: 5-10% on all active accounts (including trialperiod accounts) This uncapped structure is designed for sales professionals targeting sixfigure earnings within a year.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Leverage provided leads and selfsourced opportunities via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Consultative Selling: Present customized digital marketing solutions and close new business.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate CRM records and provide weekly progress reports.
- Client Handoff: Coordinate with our delivery team to ensure seamless onboarding.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience (digital marketing, SaaS, or professional services preferred).
- Proven track record in commissiononly or performancebased roles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging Clevel executives.
- Selfmotivated, disciplined, and able to excel in a remote setting.
