Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Floor Manager ( Closer) to join our team. If you are an experienced Floor Manager with a passion for cars and drive for success ,We strongly encourage you to apply. MINIMUM OF TWO YEARS OF AUTOMOTIVE FLOOR MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• As a Sales Closer you will play a pivotal role in finalizing sales and ensuring customers have a smooth and satisfying experience during the vehicle purchasing process .
• Must possess exceptional negotiation skills ,an understanding of the automotive industry and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment .
• Work closely with the sales team to finalize deals and ensure all paperwork and financial details are in order.
• Utilize strong negotiation skills to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Engage with customers to address any questions or concerns during the final stage of the buying process ,providing clear and transparent communications.
• Maintain an organize sales pipeline to track leads and follow up with potential buyers.
• Utilize effective upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales volume.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive buying experience.
• Maintain contact with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build long term relationship.
• Collaborate with the sales teams to develop effective closing strategies and assist in training sales staff to improve closing ratios.
• Must consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales closing GOALS. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
