Job Title: Outside Sales Representative - Managed IT Services

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

:

• Business Development: Identify and engage prospective clients through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, ensuring a deep understanding of their business challenges and IT needs.
• Solution Selling: Present and sell our IT services, including Managed IT, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and more, tailoring recommendations to client objectives.
• Sales Strategy Execution: Achieve sales targets through structured plans, including cold calling, email campaigns, and attending networking events.
• Proposal Preparation: Create and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals that address client needs.
• Market Insights: Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform sales strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements

:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in IT services or a related field.
• Strong understanding of IT and managed services concepts, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, and network management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions clearly.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
