Responsibilities * Conduct warm calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services. * Manage leads, track interactions, and update client information. * Engage in inside sales activities by identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions. * Build rapport with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service. * Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with the business development team to identify new opportunities for growth. * Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow up on leads in a timely manner. Skills * Strong background in B2B inside sales. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients. * Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in English, both verbally and in writing. * Proven negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results. * Experience in business development is a plus. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
