Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Wireless Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the best wireless products and services to meet their needs. Your ability to communicate effectively, demonstrate products, and upsell will be key to your success in this position. Duties * Engage with customers to understand their wireless needs and preferences. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of various wireless devices. * Provide knowledgeable recommendations on products and services, including plans and accessories. * Utilize effective phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries and follow-ups. * Process transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and operating the cash register. * Maintain an organized stock area, ensuring that products are well-displayed and readily available for customers. * Upsell additional products or services based on customer needs while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. * Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Qualifications * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. * Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse clientele. * Strong phone etiquette skills for effective communication with customers over the phone. * Familiarity with product demos and the ability to effectively showcase features to customers. * Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register is beneficial. * Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members. * A proactive approach to upselling and promoting additional products or services. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
