StretchLab Columbia, MD - Sales Manager StretchLab Columbia is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive membership growth and help launch our brand-new boutique wellness studio. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing brand that's redefining wellness through assisted stretching and mobility. About StretchLab Columbia StretchLab is a unique wellness concept offering personalized assisted stretching sessions in a supportive, community-driven studio environment. Our Columbia location is locally owned, with a mission to help people move better, feel better, and live better. Position Overview As Sales Manager , you'll be the face of the studio--responsible for building and converting leads, creating local brand awareness, and driving all membership sales efforts. You'll work closely with studio leadership to build a strong foundation for long-term success. Key Responsibilities * Drive membership sales through in-studio tours, phone/email/text follow-ups, and lead conversion * Generate new leads through grassroots marketing , partnerships, and local outreach * Build strong relationships with prospective and current members to create a welcoming studio atmosphere * Maintain accurate sales reports and member data using ClubReady (CRM) * Support studio marketing campaigns, community events, and promotions * Help manage front desk operations and assist with day-to-day studio support as needed * Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold StretchLab brand standards Qualifications * 2+ years of sales experience in fitness, wellness, or membership-based services preferred * Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals * Strong communication skills--both in person and via phone/email * Confident, self-motivated, and results-driven * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy * Comfortable with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends * Passion for wellness, movement, and helping others improve their lives Compensation & Benefits * Competitive base pay * Uncapped commission and bonus potential based on performance * Growth opportunity within the studio and company * Complimentary studio membership and employee discounts Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule Shift: * 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
