Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably within the manufacturing or plastic molding industry. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities: * Sales Development : Identify and target potential clients in the plastic molding industry through cold calling, networking, and research. * Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. * Product Knowledge : Gain a thorough understanding of our plastic molding products and services to effectively communicate benefits to potential clients. * Negotiation & Closing: Present and negotiate product offerings, terms, and contracts with clients to close deals and meet sales targets. * Market Research : Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth. * Collaboration : Work closely with the production and engineering teams to ensure client requirements are met and deadlines are achieved. * Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities through CRM software. Requirements: * Proven experience in sales, with at least 10 years in a manufacturing or plastic molding-related field. * Strong understanding of plastic molding processes and products is a plus. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks. * Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
