Full description of the position

Job Summary: The Legal Business Development Associate is a critical point of contact for potential clients, receiving and contacting a book of provided leads, per month. This role is ideal for a persuasive communicator who thrives in engaging potential clients through cold calls, follow-up campaigns, and other outreach to assess fit, generate interest, and help build a strong pipeline of qualified clients. Responsibilities: * Conducts high-volume cold calling and follow-ups to reengage clients and qualify interest in the firm's legal services. * Identifies potential barriers or objections that prevent prospects from moving forward and log insights to improve future outreach and service offerings. * Executes communication campaigns to nurture prospects and increase conversion rates. * Maintains accurate and timely records of all communications and outcomes in the CRM system. * Collaborates with key stakeholders and the Client Services team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads. * Tracks daily metrics and performance goals to support individual and team success. * Stays up-to-date and informed about the firm's service offerings, market trends, and client needs to effectively represent the brand. Minimum*Requirements: * Required Education: * * Associate's degree preferred but not required. * Minimum Years of Experience: * * 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client engagement, preferably in a legal or professional services environment. * * Proven success in high-volume cold calling and lead management. * * Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). * Other Requirements (Knowledge, Skill, Ability, and Licensure(s)): * * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * * Excellent organization skills. * * Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. * * Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word). * * Familiarity with legal intake processes or legal terminology. * * Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. * * Prior experience in a metrics-based, inside sales environment.
