Pontoon Saloon and Nashville Water Taxi, Nashville's premier passenger vessel operations, are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who's a self-starter with strong outbound sales experience, customer service skills, and a flair for social media. Important: This is a remote job with some in-person meetings and requirements. Applicants must be based in Nashville or surrounding areas. Role Overview: As a Sales Coordinator, you'll manage the customer journey from inquiry to booking, support marketing efforts, and help cultivate new opportunities through partnerships. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hospitality and has a natural talent for growing relationships and enhancing the guest experience. Key Responsibilities: * Guest Experience: Provide exceptional service through detailed communication, booking assistance, and personalized support from start to finish. * Hospitality Leadership: Represent the brand with professionalism and warmth, ensuring guests feel welcomed and well-informed. * Partnership Development: Help identify and nurture strategic relationships with local businesses and potential clients to grow brand presence and bookings. * Scheduling and Coordination: Manage the cruise schedule, ensuring 7-day coverage alongside other team members. Collaborate with the team to provide seamless operations. * Social Media Management: Create and manage content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Later. Develop and execute strategies to grow social media reach and engagement. * Marketing Support: Research and implement strategies to attract new audiences. Contribute to content creation and promotional efforts. * Team Collaboration: Work closely with other staff members to support day-to-day operations and contribute to the success of the Pontoon Saloon. Qualifications: * Proven sales experience , especially in outbound or customer acquisition roles. * Strong hospitality and customer service skills. * Clear, professional, and persuasive communication style. * Self-starter with time management and multitasking abilities. * Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms) and social media tools. * Bonus: Experience in tourism, hospitality, music industry, Canva, or Adobe.
