Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive the growth of our business. This role requires excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to foster relationships with clients while enhancing customer satisfaction. Duties * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives. * Manage the sales team by providing guidance, training, and support to enhance performance. * Oversee account management activities to ensure client satisfaction and retention. * Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales. * Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports on team performance and market trends. * Lead lead generation initiatives through various channels including inside sales efforts. * Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their needs. Requirements * Proven experience in sales management or a related field. * Strong understanding of software tools used in sales processes. * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. * Experience in retail sales or business development is highly preferred. * Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
