About the role: The Sales Supervisor role focuses on ensuring that company sales goals are met or exceeded including achieving all key business metrics while following the California Closets policies and procedures. This role ensure that Design consultants are delivering on the California Closets standards of excellence with each customer. The Sales Supervisor also collaborates with the Operations Team to ensure that the process flow is being followed and results in delivering a high standard of customer service at all touchpoints. Core Responsibilities: The Sales Supervisor will support the local Franchise management team by leading 5-6 members of the sales team. Ensure all company revenue and sales goals and key performance indicators are met or exceeded. In addition to leading a small team of design consultants, the Sales Supervisor is also expected to sell $400,0000-$500,000 of their own sales per year. To be able to allow time to lead the sales team in addition to selling, the number of appointments per month will be monitored by the Sales Manager. Working in collaboration with the Sales Manager and General Manager, ensure the Design Team has the appropriate mix of company and self-generated leads. Embody company culture. Analyze sales data an develop strategy to address areas of opportunity. New Designer Training: Ensure all mandatory training is completed as per training strategy for new training and development including classroom and CC 360 Courses. Hire, train and retain top talent based on the budgeted number of Design Consultants. Performance Management: Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver Monthly Goal Setting and Reviews. Coach and develop direct reports through a balanced blend of tactics and strategies including coaching sessions and inperson Ride-A-Longs Trade: Monitor and enforce the sales team participation in local industry meetings and functions. Develop a sustainable trade business strategy. Customer service: Ensure direct reports are delivering an exceptional customer experience with every customer touchpoint. Manage customer escalations to ensure satisfaction and update the Team accordingly. Administration: Review feedback through 5-star reviews and follow up on all negative responses with the customer and/or Design Consultant, communicate findings to the Sales Manager and General Manager. Approve designer timecards and vacation request. Qualifications: 3-5 years in a Sales Consultant or Sales Management role preferred. Professional and assertive, consultative sales skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Experience with design fundamentals preferred. Experience with CAD preferred. Self-Starter and ability to manage own schedule. Detail oriented, organized, and time management skills. Strong conflict resolution skills. Proven sales coach and mentor.
