Job Description: As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and building long-term relationships with customers. Your goal will be to drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling. * Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. * Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. * Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. * Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition. * Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
