Responsibilities

:

• Retail Account Trainees represent client brands through engaging face-to-face sales interactions inside major retail stores.
• Ensure seamless compliance with client and retail partner guidelines during promotional activities.
• Educate customers on service features, promotions, and technical support options, empowering them to make informed decisions.
• Assist with setup and execution of in-store promotional events
• Tackle challenges during promotional events with quick, creative problem-solving.
• Collaborate with fellow Retail Account Trainee team members to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Mentor and support newer team members as you grow into a leadership role.
• Maintain a polished, professional brand image while interacting with customers. Retail Account Trainee

Qualifications

:

• Prior experience as a Retail Account Trainee is a plus, but not required.
• Must be comfortable withface-to-face sales in a busy retail environment.
• Thrives in fast-paced marketing, sales, and retail environments.
• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a passion for helping people.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Collaborative team player, comfortable working closely with others to achieve sales goals.
