Appliance Sales Specialist - Start Your Career With Us! Hourly Pay + Commission | Full On-the-Job Training Provided | Walk-in Interviews Welcome! Are you looking to build a career in sales but don't have years of experience yet? We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team at our busy scratch and dent appliance outlet! Whether you're starting your second or third job or simply looking for a new opportunity to grow, we'll teach you everything you need to succeed with hands-on, on-the-job training. What You 'll Be Doing: * Help organize and arrange appliances on the sales floor to create an inviting shopping experience. * Assist with light lifting and moving appliances around the showroom. * Build friendly relationships with customers and help them find the right appliance for their needs. * Address customer questions and resolve any concerns -- with plenty of team support to back you up! What We 're Looking For: * A positive attitude and a willingness to learn -- no prior appliance experience required! * Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus (but not necessary). * An interest in appliances and a drive to understand popular brands like KitchenAid, Bosch, Whirlpool, GE, Samsung, and more. * A team player who's organized, energetic, and ready to grow with us!
