Outside Sales Representative Job Description We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Outside Sales Representative to join our team! As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing our sales strategies and managing sales proposals to our existing and potential customers. Outside Sales Representative duties and responsibilities * Presenting sales proposals to potential customers * Evaluating customer needs * Selling company products or services * Educating customers on products and services * Developing effective sales strategy * Identifying opportunities to improve sales performance * Monitoring competitor activities * Maintaining good relationships with customers * Conducting market and industry research * Negotiating with existing and potential customers * Maintaining records of sales leads * Resolving customer complaints * Collaborating with the marketing department * On site with minimum 50% travel Outside Sales Representative requirements and qualifications * Minimum of 5 years of experience in Outside Sales * Experience with CRM software * Proficiency in MS Office * Familiarity with different sales techniques * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Excellent interpersonal skills * Excellent negotiation skills * Excellent customer service skills * Highly developed attention to detail * Excellent organizational skills * Strong problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently Compensation Compensation up to $125,000+ per year including base, bonuses, and commissions Bonus: * Direct Sales: 10% * Product Line Growth: 5% Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $125,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Compensation Package: * Commission pay * Uncapped commission Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday Experience: * Outside sales: 5 years (Required) Ability to Commute: * Vancouver, WA 98682 (Required) Willingness to travel: * 75% (Required) Work Location: In person
