Who We Are Seeking: We're looking for motivated sales professionals who has management experience, thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment. As a Sales Representative at Rumble, you'll play a key role in growing our community by connecting with potential members, understanding their fitness goals, and helping them take the first step on their Rumble journey. With training, mentorship, and growth opportunities, this role is perfect for those eager to take their sales career to the next level in the fitness industry. Key Responsibilities: * Engage with prospective members to promote Rumble Boxing memberships * Conduct sales consultations, studio tours, and phone follow-ups * Meet and exceed monthly sales goals * Maintain accurate sales records and reports * Contribute to team success by collaborating on sales strategies * Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training Requirements: * Experience in sales, preferably in boutique fitness or membership-based services * Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Motivated, coachable, and driven to meet targets * Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Compensation & Benefits: * Hourly pay + commission (OTE: $60K-$70K) * Bonus opportunities for top performers * Paid training to set you up for success * Opportunities for career advancement in a fast-growing fitness brand Location: Sunnyvale, California (In-Person) Schedule: * Tuesday: 5:30am-8:15am * Thursday: 5:30am-8:15am & 5pm-8:15pm * Saturday/Sunday flexibility: 7:45am-12:45pm * General weekday flexibility How to Apply: Ready to step into the ring and join the Rumble team?
