• Works with management to report on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products or services
• Analyzes the territory/market's potential, tracks sales and status reports
• Achieves agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Reaches out to customers through leads and cold calling
• Establishes, develops, and maintains positive business and customer relationships
• Possesses proven work experience as a sales representative
• Is highly motivated and target driven
• Possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Possesses prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
