We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. The Assistant Sales Manager will assist the Sales Manager in overseeing the sales team and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities: * Oversee the daily operations of the Business Development Center, ensuring efficiency and adherence to best practices. * Make outbound calls to generate appointments * Close deals on new and pre-owned vehicles. * Train and mentor sales team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service * Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction Qualifications: * 1 year minimum sales experience or similar role in a retail environment * Strong presentation skills and closing * Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills * Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively * Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite We're seeking someone who: * Is kind, honest, and reliable. * Thrives in a fast-paced environment. * Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Is a self-starter with a strong work ethic. * Enjoys building relationships and providing exceptional customer service. * Has strong computer skills. * Can work day, evening and weekend shifts.
