Job Summary

I own a local jewelry brand and am looking to hire an extroverted fun person that thrives in a fast paced exciting environment selling jewelry to the ladies of 12 South! This role will be weekends usually Friday-Sunday and some Thursdays! It is a commission based job but pays quite well, averaging around $20-40 an hour depending on selling abilities. No sales experience necessary, Just looking for someone who will be fully committed to this role and will be reliable with great communication!

Duties

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Maintain organization of the inventory and ability to track sales
• Apply retail math skills to manage pricing, discounts, and sales reports effectively.
• Communicate product knowledge to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for transaction processing.
• Knowledge of retail math concepts is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
