Job Title: Designer / Salesperson - Kitchen & Bath Design Location: Nashville, TN Company: USA CABINET STORE - Kitchen & Bath Design & Cabinetry Wholesale We're expanding! With over 18 years of industry experience, we are proud to bring our expertise in kitchen and bath design and cabinetry wholesale to a brand-new location in Nashville. We offer an extensive range of products--from high-end German-made custom cabinetry to budget-friendly RTA (ready-to- assemble) cabinets--serving both homeowners and industry professionals. We're looking for a passionate and motivated Designer / Salesperson to join our growing team. What You 'll Do:

• Assist clients in designing functional and beautiful kitchen and bath spaces using our wide selection of cabinetry options.
• Guide customers through the selection process, offering knowledgeable recommendations tailored to their project needs and budgets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, builders, and designers.
• Prepare and present design proposals, quotes, and cabinet layouts.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth ordering and delivery processes.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, product lines, and design innovations. What We 're Looking For:
• A friendly, professional, and customer-focused individual with strong communication skills.
• Industry knowledge in kitchen and bath design or cabinetry is preferred.
• Experience in sales or design is a plus, but not required--we're willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
• Basic understanding of design software (like 2020 Design, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar) is helpful, but not mandatory.
