Key Responsibilities: * Lead the development and implementation of sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives. * Build and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team. * Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners. * Identify market trends and opportunities to drive revenue growth. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales and marketing initiatives. * Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to track performance and optimize strategies. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. * Minimum of 5 years of senior-level leadership experience in Data Privacy & Governance. * Proven track record of success in building and scaling sales and marketing functions in early-stage and growth-mode companies. * Strong understanding of the North American market and industry trends. * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. * Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset. * Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.
