Commission compensation will be provided during interview process - very straight forward comp model. Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Representative to join our team. This role is focused on expanding our commercial client base while also contributing to our residential business. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for cold calling, cold stopping into businesses, building and fostering relationships, and attending community events as the face of Rolling Suds. Key Responsibilities: * Engage in cold calling and door-to-door sales to generate new business leads. * Visit potential clients in person to introduce our services and discuss their needs. * Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients. * Attend community events to represent Rolling Suds and promote our services. * Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. * Manage your time effectively to balance cold calling, client visits, and follow-up activities. * Travel as needed, including some overnights and long days. Qualifications: * Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in door-to-door or B2B sales. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Proven ability to manage time effectively and stay disciplined in day-to-day routines. * Willingness to travel for business purposes, including overnight stays.
