Overview

: We're looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Market Sales Director to join our team in Nashville. In this dynamic role, you'll be on the front lines of our deal pipeline--handling everything from lead intake and cold calling to acquisitions and sales. You'll play a critical part in building strong relationships with both sellers and investors while helping scale our business sustainably.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Manage and qualify incoming leads at the top of the sales funnel
• Cold call targeted seller data to generate opportunities
• Set appointments with property owners (virtual or in-person)
• Oversee the acquisition process from initial contact to contract
• Update and maintain CRM with accurate, timely notes and statuses
• Facilitate the disposition process by coordinating with buyers and sellers
• Continuously build and nurture a robust local investor/buyer list thru networking What We Value:

• Prior sales experience

Compensation
