Job Summary Lathan Tree Service/Lathan Roll Off Service is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to lead our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for answering the phone, engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to support our service offerings. Duties * Receive inbound phone inquiires for Tree Service and Roll Off rentals. * Conduct outbound calls and follow up on leads generated through various channels, including internet and other advertising methods. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing effective solutions. * Develop and utilize tools to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records. * Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. * Meet or exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall team goals. * Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions. Skills * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. * Experience in service sales is a plus, enabling you to understand complex product offerings. * Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. * Proven track record in sales or telemarketing roles, demonstrating an ability to meet or exceed targets. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
