Job description Sales Representative Description: Kupferle Water Solutions has been a staple in the waterworks industry for over a century. We are fast-growing, and are introducing new and innovative technology to drinking water systems across the US and Canada. As a sales representative at Kupferle Water Solutions, you will be responsible for new business prospecting, recommending and quoting products, and presenting Kupferle products to prospective and existing customers, engineers, and to our distributors. Sales representatives will also work with regional sales managers, the VP of Sales, and the Marketing Director on various projects to help drive sales. Skills: * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to warm and cold call to drive new business * Ability to answer customer inquiries and quote products accurately * Ability to speak to and educate individuals and groups * Experience with Excel, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms preferred * Ability to operate company vehicle while traveling (clean driving record needed) Responsibilities: * New business prospecting by phone and email * Assisting regional sales managers with quotes, customer inquiries, etc. * Salesforce documenting, management, and upkeep * Travel with outside sales reps and present to potential and existing customers, engineers, and conduct training sessions with our distributors * Travel generally one week per month (Travel up to 25%) * Report to the director of Marketing and assist with miscellaneous and ongoing projects Schedule: * M-F 7:30am-4pm with some overnight travel * Work is in-person * Travel 20-25% Education: * Bachelor's degree or higher preferred * High school or equivalent required Benefits: * 401K with match * Cell phone reimbursement * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Vision insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $45,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Cell phone reimbursement * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Quarterly bonus Schedule: * Monday to Friday License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: * Fenton, MO 63026 (Required) Willingness to travel: * 25% (Required) Work Location: In person
