Ever-Green Tree Care is the Northwest's Largest Tree Preservation Company. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving business growth through effective customer engagement and sales strategies. No tree industry experience required, training provided. Job Description * Grow new and existing customer relationships by walking through beautiful neighborhoods talking to homeowners about their trees, shrubs, and preservation efforts. * Educate homeowners on the importance of proper trimming and pruning of trees and shrubs and point out potential hazards or concerns you may see walking up to the home * Schedule homeowners for a no cost or obligation consultations with our ISA Trained & Certified Arborists * We provide you neighborhoods to work, no need to meet at an office daily * Marketing materials & company apparel provided Compensation: * Base Pay Salary + Commission * Reps average $50-$80k per year working 30hrs. a week, top performers earning $100K+ * Weekly lead and sales Incentives can earn you an extra $200-$400 per week * Milestone incentives * Monthly cell reimbursement * Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance * 401K * Paid time off (PTO) * Incentive for high traction shoes or boots * $1,500 Incentive after 90 and 180 days for FT employees Must have reliable vehicle, driver's license, and proof of car insurance Job Type: Full-time Pay: $39,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Paid training * Vision insurance Shift: * Day shift * No nights Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay * Performance bonus Work Location: On the road
