Ever-Green Tree Care is the Northwest's Largest Tree Preservation Company. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving business growth through effective customer engagement and sales strategies. No tree industry experience required, training provided.

Job Description

• Grow new and existing customer relationships by walking through beautiful neighborhoods talking to homeowners about their trees, shrubs, and preservation efforts.
• Educate homeowners on the importance of proper trimming and pruning of trees and shrubs and point out potential hazards or concerns you may see walking up to the home
• Schedule homeowners for a no cost or obligation consultations with our ISA Trained & Certified Arborists
• We provide you neighborhoods to work, no need to meet at an office daily
• Marketing materials & company apparel provided

Compensation

:

• Base Pay Salary + Commission
• Reps average $50-$80k per year working 30hrs. a week, top performers earning $100K+
• Weekly lead and sales Incentives can earn you an extra $200-$400 per week
