Job Overview: Albany Broadcasting , one of Upstate New York's premier digital radio clusters and the home of FLY 92 and B95.5, is currently seeking ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES with the #1 trait--WINNING ATTITUDE! Are you a veteran account executive with digital sales experience and a competitive edge and looking for a change of venue, give us a call! Our account executives help local businesses increase their revenue with their marketing strategies using our winning and popular stations--B95.5, FLY 92.3, 100.9 CAT, JAMZ 96.3, and ALT 104.9. Responsibilities: * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth * Identify and target new business opportunities through warm calling and networking * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions * Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services * Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer interactions We offer a Salary + Competitive Commission Structure, with a $50,000 earning potential in the first year, PTO and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, Aflac, FSA/HSA, and a 401k program.
