Len The Plumber is looking for a Sewer Sales Manager to drive performance, develop strategy, and lead with purpose across our Central Maryland market. As the Sewer Sales Manager , you'll play a key leadership role in growing our sewer division's revenue, mentoring a driven team of sales professionals, and delivering results through process, performance, and partnership. Sales Growth and Development: * Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and gross profit targets. * Identify growth opportunities within the residential Sewer market. * Develop & implement market specific strategies to maximize opportunities. KPI Achievement: * Monitor and track KPIs related to sales performance (e.g., conversion rates, average deal size, lead generation). * Implement corrective actions when necessary to meet or exceed targets. Process Optimization: * Establish and maintain consistent sales processes that align with our platform strategy. * Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure alignment and efficiency. Data Analysis: * Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback. * Use insights to refine strategies, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions. Financial Targets: * Collaborate with senior management to set revenue and profit targets. * Develop and execute plans to achieve these financial goals.
