F45 is looking for an Optimistic, Outgoing, and Supportive Physical Trainer to conduct lead nurture and sales for a studio. Primary focus is someone who is going to sell memberships and reduce studio churn. Key Responsibilities - Lead Nurture & Follow-Up: Proactively engage with leads by reaching out when a lead comes into the system to get them to book and arrive to their trial classes. - Membership Sales: Conduct gym tours, explain membership options, and close sales by highlighting the value of our programs and community. - Retention & Engagement: Monitor member activity, reach out to at-risk members, and create personalized touchpoints to improve retention. - Customer Service & Support: Handle inquiries, address concerns, and provide excellent service to ensure member satisfaction and reduce churn. - Marketing & Outreach: Develop and Execute referral programs, partnerships, and promotional campaigns to drive new memberships. Duties - Call and book Leads into class within 2 min of them coming in as a lead - Following up with Trialers after each class during the trial process - Sell Memberships, Heartrate Monitors, and Merchandise - Produce Daily Reports that give a summary of sales and churn at the end of each day Skills - Experience in personal training - Must be physically fit and provide a positive example of athleticism - Proactive and takes Initiative - Background in fitness, personal training, group training, etc is preferred Job Type: Part-time Pay: $14.81 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 1 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Opportunities for advancement Schedule: * Day shift * Evening shift * Morning shift * Rotating weekends Work Location: In person
