Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue. * Monitor sales performance metrics and provide feedback to team members for improvement. * Train and mentor new team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices. * Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the sales department.
