We genuinely believe we have the best available opportunity for good sales people in the area. We are an energy efficiency company with over 10 years experience. Because of our ability to market and create a consistent, high volume of leads our closers are consistently making $3000 to $5000 a week. The state government, federal government and energy companies have created a program where they are help to pay and subsidize for homeowners to add additional attic insulation, sealing air leaks, & improving attic ventilation. Our job is to go into homes and educate homeowners about these programs to see if it might be a good fit for them. We are looking for highly-motivated and energetic individuals that really care about their future to come be in home closers.

Compensation

:

• Base of $25 an hour or Commission, whichever is greater.
• Average In Home Rep makes around $50 an hour or about $104,000 a year
• Our best In Home Reps make around $125 an hour or about $208,000 a year

Responsibilities

:

• Provide simple energy audits
• Educate home owners about the programs available to them
• Help them take the necessary steps to update their attic space
• Our appointment times with homeowners generally range from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM
