Job Title: Sales Representative (Commission-Based) Company: Glen Cove Company Location: Seattle, WA (Remote + Extensive Travel in Washington State) Job Type: Commission-Based (Independent Contractor) Job Summary: Glen Cove Company is seeking a highly motivated Commission Sales Representative to sell the Glen Cove Crimper, a patent-pending innovation in preroll manufacturing. This role is 100% commission-based with a highly competitive payout structure. TheGC Crimperisa cutting-edge attachment for the Futurola Knockbox, making it the fastest and most efficient preroll production tool available. If you have experience in sales and preroll production, this is an exciting opportunity to own your market and grow with us. Responsibilities: * Sell the GC Crimper--this role is for equipment sales only, not cannabis. * Become proficient in the mechanics and operation of the GC Crimper. * Develop and manage Washington State as your sales territory, with extensive travel required. * Conduct product demonstrations and close sales with buyers. * Build and maintain relationships with cannabis farms and preroll manufacturers using the Futurola Knockbox. Qualifications: * Proven B2B equipment sales experience (cannabis industry experience preferred). * Hands-on experience with preroll production (Futurola Knockbox knowledge is a plus). * Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset--this is a commission-only role with no base salary. * Willingness to travel extensively throughout Washington State. Compensation & Benefits: * High commission structure with unlimited earning potential. * No cost reimbursements, but a very favorable commission rate.
