WHAT YOU 'LL DO: * Meet with potential customers in their homes to help them design their dream garage, shop, or barn. * Turn leads (provided by our marketing team) into satisfied customers. * Build relationships, listen to needs, and present tailored solutions * No cold calling - we provide you with leads! WHAT 'S IN IT FOR YOU: * $60,000-175,000/year total compensation * We offer up to 1 year of a base salary (after that, this is a 100% commission position). * This is a commission-based position, with uncapped potential (2% commission is earned while on salary but not paid until you are no longer earning a base salary). * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Vision insurance * 401k with company * Sales Reps typically work 6 days per week. * We provide you with training and support to be successful! WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: * Must be an enthusiastic self-starter with a passion for helping people. * Must have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly. * A reliable vehicle to meet customers in their homes is required. * Some B2C sales experience is a plus but not required - your drive and attitude is more important! * Ability to work a non 8:00AM to 5:00PM schedule. This job requires working Monday through Saturdays and some evenings. * You may be a good fit if you have some construction experience, building materials sales experience, or in-house sales experience.
