Duties

• Engage with customers to skillfully assist them in selecting and processing a variety of photo products and services.
• Accurately operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash registers to ensure smooth transactions.
• Keep your workspace organized and maintain all equipment in excellent condition to enhance service delivery.
• Mentor and train new team members on photo service procedures, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
• Apply retail math effectively to manage inventory and execute sales transactions efficiently.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, providing detailed information about our products and services.
• Proactively address customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
• Use persuasive selling techniques to promote our photo services and increase customer engagement.
• Maintain exemplary phone etiquette when answering customer calls related to photo services. Qualification
• Prior experience in retail sales or in a grocery store setting is strongly preferred.
• A solid understanding of retail math concepts will give you an advantage.
• Proficiency in operating POS systems and cash registers is essential.
• Exceptional communication skills are required; we encourage all qualified candidates to apply.
