Overview

We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to join our brokerage. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties.

Duties

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms - Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents, and disbursement of funds - Stay updated on real estate market trends and best practices - Conduct property showings and open houses - Assist in property management tasks when needed - Adhere to Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws - Provide excellent customer service throughout the buying or selling process Experience - Previous experience in real estate or a related field is preferred - Knowledge of real estate administrative processes is a plus - Familiarity with property management practices - Understanding of Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients - Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous Job Type: Full-time Pay: $98,127.00 - $114,676.00 per year
