Aftermarket Sales and Customer Experience Specialist Safford Brown Toyota Glen Burnie is currently seeking an Aftermarket Sales Associate to be a part of our growing Team!! Looking for a leader with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and product Knowledge.

Requirements

: -Proven Customer Service Experience -Superior Communication and Customer service skills -Excellent follow through skills -Great attitude and outstanding work ethic -Experience within the Automotive Industry

Responsibilities

: -Manage the Aftermarket Department within the Dealership -Take charge of Customer Experience -Selling products and accessories for Sold Vehicles -Understand all Protection Packages benefits and Product Guarantees Sold -Work directly with customers via Phone, Online and Face to Face -Process Aftermarket Orders and Document Customer Purchases -Assist customers after the sale with questions and scheduling -Assist Finance Department with Document Handling
