Our rapidly-expanding insurance agency is looking for a full-time life insurance agent to join our team! You'll grow a list of prospective clients, market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help policyholders navigate the claims process. We'll provide the support network and resources to help you reach - and exceed - your sales goals. Apply today!Compensation: $45,000 - $75,000 yearly Responsibilities: * Process current policyholders' insurance claims while monitoring the status of existing insurance claims * Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping * Expand our prospective customer base and market our insurance products via including networking, referrals, cold calling, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business * Evaluate new customers' insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long-term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations * Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies Qualifications: * Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor's degree is a plus * Skilled with Microsoft Office * Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries preferred * Active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus * Client service experience as a sales representative a plus About Company At Farmers Insurance, our employees set the tone, drive our strategy, and create world-class customer experiences.
