Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology sales, account management, and business development, with the ability to effectively analyze customer needs and deliver tailored product demonstrations. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective territory management. * Conduct product demos to showcase the features and benefits of our software solutions. * Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. * Collaborate with inside sales teams to ensure seamless communication and follow-up on leads. * Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in CRM software. Experience * Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in technology or software industries. * Strong skills in account management, business development, and territory management. * Familiarity with conducting product demos and understanding customer needs. * Ability to analyze data to drive decision-making and improve sales strategies. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * A proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities within assigned territories.
