As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met while collaborating with our team to build and optimize marketing funnels and automation systems. You'll combine client relationship management with hands-on technical expertise in platforms like GoHighLevel and ClickFunnels. Responsibilities * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact. * Understand client goals and translate them into effective marketing strategies. * Design, build, and optimize sales funnels using GoHighLevel and ClickFunnels. * Implement and manage automation workflows to streamline client campaigns. * Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to clients. * Collaborate with the internal team to ensure projects are delivered on time and exceed expectations. * Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates to recommend best practices. Qualifications Required: * 2+ years of experience in account management or client-facing roles in a marketing agency or similar environment. * Proven experience building and optimizing funnels in GoHighLevel and ClickFunnels. * Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, lead generation, and automation. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships. * Ability to analyze campaign data and provide actionable recommendations. * Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Preferred: * Experience with additional platforms like Zapier * Knowledge of paid advertising (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads). * Background in CRM management and lead nurturing strategies.
