You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Generate sales and cultivate customer relationships * Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services. * Consult customers with comprehensive financial planning and insurance options. * Assist customers with retirement planning, investment management, and insurance needs. * Stay current with market trends and product offerings. QUALIFICATIONS: * Producers License in Property, Casualty, and Life Insurnace required * Sales experience in insurance and financial services is a plus, but not required * Communication and interpersonal skills.
